Our Services
At Steane, we provide a fully integrated Mechanical and Electrical installation, working in partnership with all our clients. We deliver projects to programme and cost with a planned efficiency that makes us stand out from the rest. Our extensive knowledge and flexibility in an ever-changing marketplace ensures all our works are confidently delivered to client expectations.
Design
Our team of M&E Designers work in collaboration with our clients from day one to ensure the design is developed and integrated to best meet their needs throughout the whole life cycle. Using 2D, 3D, and BIM-led technology, Steane will work alongside you to achieve improved energy-efficient systems for BREEAM ratings or specific valued engineering on areas of the build that may have gone over budget.
Project Delivery
Our Small Works department carries out planned and reactive maintenance for clients such as Coventry Cathedral and other local businesses. Our fully qualified and experienced engineers and support staff ensure continuity throughout with all contracts being led by M&E project managers and Site Managers. Our Major Projects team works predominantly across the Midlands and surrounding environs on large multi-million-pound projects, delivering schemes to the highest quality and health and safety standards.
Heritage Division
Our specialist Heritage division works for the National Trust and Warwick Castle on a regular basis, providing technical advice and installation. We understand that preserving and conserving our cultural heritage is essential, and we are committed to delivering high-quality services that uphold the integrity of these historical sites.
What We Do
Steane provides a full Mechanical and Electrical service, including Design, Installation, and Maintenance. We work in the public and private sectors for over 45 years, working direct to Main Contractors and Clients on New Builds, Refurbishments, and unique buildings. We undertake M&E projects across a variety of market sectors, including Offices and Warehousing, Apartments and High-Spec Residential, Retirement Villages and Specialist Dementia Care, Schools, Colleges, and Universities, Leisure Facilities, Retail Units, and Restaurants, Hospitals and Medical Centres.
